"DAMN IT, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
Audery's screams echoed in the 3x4 meter bedroom, bouncing anger from wall to wall.
A pair of naked people on a large bed in the middle of the room, the man on top of the woman, both sweating and breathing rapidly, turned their heads with incredible shock in their eyes and both stared blankly at Audrey who was standing in the doorway with eyes shining as sharp as samurai swords.
Sandford Claine, the man--Audery's lover for the last three years, slowly got off Angelina Tevord's body, who, about two minutes before Audrey kicked in the bedroom door, was riding her passionately.
Angelina quickly grabbed a blanket and covered her body up to her neck, while Sandford covered his hips.
Audrey approached them and glared at them without saying anything. What was displayed before her eyes now was enough to prove her suspicions about the relationship between Sandford and Angelina secretly behind her back.
Audrey's blood rushed to her head, making her vision blurry and her eyes hot from the tears that were pressing behind her eyes.
However, Audrey restrained herself from crying. Not in front of these two betrayers of her heart, who would definitely make a joke out of her if she shed tears now.
All this time, Audrey has always tried to make her lover and best friend get along. She loves them both. Angelina has been her friend since college and Sandford is her lover for almost three years.
Sandford always considered Angelina a bullying friend who never let him be alone in peace with Audrey.
On the other hand, Angelina thinks Sandford is a man who is not suitable for Audrey and does not agree with Audrey dating this spoiled and arrogant man.
It turned out that the fighting and criticizing each other between them all this time in front of Audrey was just a pretense. The two of them acted in front of her all the time.
"SHIT! You shouldn't have come on a whim, Audrey!" Sandford snapped irritably.
He didn't expect Audrey to come at all. As far as he knew, this afternoon Audrey had to undergo an important operation at St. Farin's Hospital, where she works.
"Bastard, you gave me your spare key!" Audrey took a key from her trouser pocket and threw it at Sandford and hit him on his bare chest.
She accused Angelina who remained silent, not daring to move. "How long have you been sleeping with that bitch? Hypocritical woman, apparently you secretly want my boyfriend? What's it like to sleep with him? Are you satisfied with his ability to only last three minutes?"
Sandford's face turned red when he heard Audrey's words. "Don't talk carelessly, Audrey! You should know yourself. I have given you the code many times that it will be difficult for us to continue our relationship because my parents don't like you. You are an orphan and that will harm my family's reputation," said Sandford in a blaming tone.
"Oh, so now it's all my fault? How great is your family to be so afraid that the orphaned me will tarnish your reputation? You're such a coward and can only play behind my back!"
"Shut your mouth, Audrey, I will stay with Angelina because she is more worthy of me. You'd better--"
"Please, Mr. Coward Claine, I'm sick of you being weak too! Just watch, one day this orphan woman will make you regret it half dead because you betrayed me!"
"Are you threatening me?"
"Huh, why bother, you're not that important to me," snorted Audrey while covering her nose. "This room smells like garbage and it's getting worse and worse!"
Audrey turned and walked to the dressing table. She took Sandford's car keys then walked to the door and pulled the key from the lock.
"I hope you don't drown in your own rottenness, trash!"
Audrey then left the room, closed and locked the door from the outside. Sandford and Angelina were shocked.
Sandford banged on the door while cursing and was met with loud laughter from Audrey from outside.
Tears began to roll down Audrey's cheeks, but she quickly wiped them away. She couldn't cry now. Angelina and Sandford might still be able to hear it even though they were locked in that evil room.
