GAEL’S P.O.V
I held her hand, and we walked toward the deck of the yacht. We decided to have a date in the middle of the sea. I hugged her from her back.
"Hey, it's been three years since we met each other and made love like hell. Don't you think we should start planning for little Gael and Suzy?" She laughed and looked at me.
"Why the sudden change of mind? I thought you wanted to enjoy our honeymoon stage?" I shrug my shoulders.
"I'm just thinking. But you're right. We should enjoy this moment where the picture is only of the two of us." She laughed.
"Maybe in 3 months, we can plan for that." That made me smile and claimed her lips. We were enjoying the view when we saw that body.
"Hey, hon. That's a body, right?" I nod and we both jump out of the yacht.
"This woman, she's a wolf." She grabbed her, and we swam back.
"No. She’s a tribrid, hon." I get up first and drag her on the yacht.
She takes off her mask. She gave it to me. Why is she wearing this? There’s a carving in there. Haven and… what is this?
'Tears will fall and the hunters will rise?'
She started giving her a resuscitation. She pumps her chest and gives her mouth-to-mouth. For more minutes, she did that.
“Hon, I think she is already…” She suddenly coughs and water comes out of her mouth. She moves sideward and coughs the hell out of her.
“Miss? Miss!” She opens her eyes.
“Thank goodness. We thought you were already dead.” She looked around.
“What is your name? What happened to you?” She gave her the mask.
“This is yours. Your name must be Haven.”
“Let’s go, she’s already awake. Let’s leave him here.” She looked at her. I know Suzy well. She’s a soft woman.
“Did you have any places to go?” She shook her head.
“Hon, grab. Let’s take her with us. Can you carry her? Please?” I sigh.
“Okay. I wrap my hands around her.
“I’m sorry.”
After Suzy helps her to change and dry her hair, her true beauty comes out. She has dark hair and beautiful curls on the edge. She is also wearing that beautiful green eyes.
“What happened to you?” She looked down.
“I don’t know. I don’t remember anything. My head… agh!” She held her head, and she passed out. She looked at me.
“Something is wrong with her. She looks… tired and lonely.” I sigh.
“I know what you're thinking. We will take her with us if that’s what you want.” She smiled.
Time had passed and she really forgot who she was and her only clue was the mask. She served us some drinks and bowed down.
“She became your personal maid. She’s already been here for a month.” She nodded and sipped the juice.
“She is. You know what, she’s good at cooking and we saw her making gardens in the backyard. She said she just thought of it and started planting. She has a green thumb, hon.” I tasted the cake and it was indeed delicious.
“I wonder why she ends up in the middle of the sea.” She sigh.
“I wonder if it is something important. I feel like it's better for her to stay clueless about her identity. Whatever the reason why we found her in the sea? I knew it's something that will harm her.”
“I hope she won’t bring us any problems in the future.” She laughed.
“Hey, be easy on her.” I just sigh and shrug my shoulders.
“Okay, if that’s what you want.” We continue to eat and just enjoy the moment we have.
